What if I am a beginner?

That's perfect and not a problem at all. This is the kind of program that scales with you. Bodyweight is the easiest kind of weight for your body to move and if the movements present a challenge, I will be their to help you customize your quest with regressions or replacements. 

 Do I need equipment?

You can begin the quest with no equipment. All you need is a little space to move your body. Overall, you will need 3 pieces of equipment, to get the most out of the quest. They are affordable and I have links to exactly where you can get them listed in the quest materials.

 Is this virtual or in-person?

The quest is virtual, and built in an on-demand format. There is no specific time that you have to be present to get your workout done. Just press play and follow along. Only the Community Live events will take place on specific dates and times but they aren't mandatory, and there is no workout associated with them.

 Do I get support if I'm stuck?

Of course. This only works with communication. We will have a 1:1 chat channel open as soon as you join the community. I will share my direct number with you for phone contact. Finally, the weekly video check-in's and community live events are allow me to assess and demonstrate visually in real time.

What if I miss a day?

That's alright. If you miss a day, then pick up where you left off the next day. The Quest is the most effective when you make your daily deposit but it will absolutely yield results for you even if you miss a day. Keep this in mind. The Questmaster title is bestowed on the one who completes the Quest in 95 days or less and it comes with benefits and prizes.
